Class Descriptions
YOGA BASICS/ESSENTIALS~The perfect class for a student who is either new to yoga or looking to return to the basics. Learn foundational yoga poses and the essential alignment, vocabulary and breathing techniques in a safe, supportive environment. An important step in beginning your yoga practice. A slower-paced class with plenty of time to breathe. All Levels Welcome.
GENTLE YOGA (HEATED AND NON-HEATED)~A blend of yogic traditions, this class combines breath, flow and and alignment at a slower pace. This is an All Levels class.
HATHA YOGA~An all levels class that includes basic flow, balancing and floor work aiding in stretching and flexibility. Designed to strengthen, cleanse and stretch the body.
VINYASA YOGA~This multi Level Yoga Class is designed for EVERY BODY. With the use of dynamic Vinyasa Sequencing we combine cutting edge exercise physiology with traditional Yoga’s focus on breathing, mindfulness, and flexibility PLUS a strong emphasis on core stability.
POWER YOGA Levels 1 & 2~A challenging practice combining breath, movement, uninterrupted vinyasa flow and focus. Enhances self-awareness and concentration, improves strength and flexibility. This class builds core power, promotes a cleansing sweat, and an opportunity for deep healing and release. (Not recommended for first time students).
CORE-CENTERED FLOW~Explore progressive Vinyasa flow sequences that integrate breath-work, movement, inner awareness, and core-strength. Discover the deep core line, your source of greatest and most efficient power. As you become stronger and discover better alignment, you will be able to move deeper into more challenging poses and develop a sense of lightness in your practice. Going deeper & moving from center helps become strong and resilient, both on and off the mat. Stoking your inner fire will unclog stagnant energy, release toxins and spark a total body/mind transformation. You will leave feeling amazing! Room will be warm to support your practice.
CHAKRA YOGA~Explore movement and the Chakras in this all levels exploration of the emotional energies of the body.
HEATED YOGA~A blend of yogic traditions and styles in a heated room (ranging between 88-95 degrees) offering both beginning and advanced students an invigorating and cleansing experience.
