Petra Axlund Stegman

Petra Axlund Stegman has been practicing yoga since 2000 and graduated from Lotus Garden Yoga School 200h in 2011. She was a member at Ashtanga Yoga in Sweden, where she is originally from. Now she teaches a thoughtful, challenging and athletic Power Vinyasa Yoga that is physical and vigorous but yet playful, spiritual and mindful. It is pure and blissful meditation in motion. She always pays attention to proper alignments and gives hands on adjustments. She is the owner of Inner Strength Yoga in Madison and a Reiki Level 1 certified.

Angela Vallejera-Creamer

Angela’s first interest in yoga was refuge from a high stress career.  In 2001, after practicing for several years, interest in deepening her practice led her to Prana Yoga RYT 200 Teacher Training.   Since then, Angela has continued to receive teachings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Prenatal, Children’s, Raja, and Restorative Yoga.  Angela simply wants to share the gifts of yoga with others.  Her classes are open to all levels and she believes that when you surrender to your breath, everything comes.  She loves spending time in nature and on the water with her two children and husband.

Laura Rothschild

Laura began her exploration into movement studies and teaching over 25 years ago. After studying exercise science and nursing at Stetson University and in the United States Air Force, she pursued her continued studies in yoga and Pilates in Southern California under many talented teachers in Asthanga, Iyengar and Power Yoga. She is a certified Pilates teacher through Power Pilates and Peak Pilates, and is currently enrolled in Rolf Gates 200 RYT Vinyasa Training . She is passionate about introducing yoga into people’s lives. Laura co-owns Shoreline Yoga, Shoreline Pilates and Shoreline Fitness with her husband Ryan.

Terri Cain

Terri Cain, BFA, MA, MDiv, certified Kripalu Yoga instructor; has lead students for over 30 years. Inspiration for her yoga classes comes from her career as a dancer, intensive training in Dance Therapy and Movement Analysis with Irmgard Bartenieff, founder of the Laban Institute of Movement Studies, NYC; and an ongoing exploration of spirituality and the arts (Master of Divinity -Yale/ Institute of Sacred Music.) Terri teaches group and private yoga. Aixa Belville

Aixa has been committed to Yoga practice since 1999. In 2006 she completed Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training with Ana Forrest & Jonathan Bowra. In 2008, she completed Level 1 Resistance Stretching Certification Training with Anne Tierney & Steve Sierra from Innovative Body Solutions. In 2009 & 2010 she completed the Forrest Yoga Mentorship program with Forrest Guardian Heidi Sormaz. In 2011, she became certified to teach Sadie Nardini’s Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. Emily’s passion for helping others has manifested itself in the unique way she combines psychology, yoga and spirituality. Karen is a certified yoga instructor, wellness/inspirational coach, and founder of We Are The ONES Wellness and Coaching. Over the last 20 years Jessica grown to appreciate many different forms of yoga, and how each benefits the body, mind and spirit in unique ways. Ed Mikelis

Ed has been practicing yoga for twelve years. He believes yoga has transformed him into the person he is today. Ed spends a lot of time on the mat and outdoors with his son hiking and playing. Ed feels hiking and yoga are similar. “Both take your awareness to a new plateau and allow you to view life with softer eyes.”

His teaching style is a fun combination of challenge, flow and reflection. He has studied under Sadie Nardini, Desiree Rumbaugh, Bryan Kest and Sean Corne. Currently, he is enrolled in Rolf Gates 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training.
